Essence of a Woman Retreat

Come and learn about the 5 key areas of the true essence of woman from women's mental health expert, Janet Garcia, LCSW & EMDR Certified Therapist. Find out how you are doing in these 5 key areas and begin the work to make sure you are expressing your true and full essence. Learn how to authentically connect with the divine goddess within you. This retreat will begin with a guided meditation led by Laura Wenger, owner and teacher of Yogafish Studio. Laura will guide you in connecting with your authentic self allowing you to be open to receiving all of the valuable information this retreat has to offer. All participants will receive a Goddess t-shirt and a glamour photo of themselves from women's empowerment photographer Dawn V. Gilmore. Dawn V. Gilmore Photography will capture your true essence so you will be able to truly see the Goddess within. There will also be a Goddess group photo shoot. The "Essence of a Woman Retreat" will focus on healing and re-connecting with the divine goddess within you. There will be tears, laughter, and sisterhood as women help women heal. This will be a transformational experience like no other. You don't want to miss it!

RELEASE

· I hereby release and hold harmless “Inspiring Radiance, LLC" and Janet Garcia from all liability for personal injury, including death, as well as all property damage arising out of my participation in the Essence of a Woman Retreat on February 16, 2019.

· I am aware that illness, injury or accidents are a possibility which may result in incurring costs, expenses, and damages for which I am solely responsible for including, but not limited to, return by air ambulance or other extraordinary means. I give my consent for immediate care and treatment. I hereby release and agree to indemnity “Inspiring Radiance, LLC” and Janet Garcia for any and all damages, liability or costs resulting from the authorizing of medical treatment.

· I personally assume all risks, whether foreseen or unforeseen.

· I am aware that “Inspiring Radiance, LLC" will occasionally employ the services of outside personnel, equipment or tour operators over which they have no affiliation or control. I, therefore, release them for any liability of personal injury, death, property damage, or other loss, accident, delay, inconvenience, or irregularity which may be occasioned by reason of (1) any wrongful, negligent, willful, or unauthorized acts or omissions on the part of any suppliers, or other employees or agents, (2) any defect in or failure of any vehicle, equipment, instrument owned, operated or otherwise by any of these suppliers, or (3) any wrongful, willful, or negligent act or omissions on any part of any other party not under the supervision or control of “Inspiring Radiance, LLC”.

Cancellation Policy

· Up until 90 days prior to retreat, all monies paid minus $100 are refundable should you cancel.

· Up until 60 days prior, $150 of your registration fee will be retained in the event of your cancellation. If you are able to find a qualifying person as a replacement to fill your spot no less than 45 days of departure, we will work with you to refund more (and possibly all) of your registration fee.

· Cancellations within 30 days of departure are fully earned, with no refund provided.

· If cancellation is implemented by us, we will gladly refund all money paid by you.

· I guarantee that I am of healthy body and mind, and if required, have obtained a medical release from my physician and/or therapist. I also agree to respectfully treat the other members of our group.
